Return & Exchange Policy

1. Scope of Policy & Proof of Purchase

This return policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly through our official online platform. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items acquired through third-party retailers, wholesale partners, or any external marketplaces. A valid order number generated by our platform is strictly required to initiate and verify any return.

2. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your delivery is confirmed to initiate and postmark your return. Items sent back after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Opened Packaging: We understand you need to open the packaging to inspect or try on the garment. Opened items are fully accepted.
  • Wear & Maintenance: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. It must be entirely free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant marks.
  • Tags & Labels: All original product tags, brand labels, and packaging inserts must remain intact and attached to the item.

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of physical wear, washing, or damage not present when the item was originally shipped.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your online customer account portal or contact our support team at info@honeybshell.com.
  2. Provide your Order Number and specify the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will send you return instructions. You are responsible for purchasing and paying for your own return shipping label.

5. Refunds and Processing

Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the condition of the item.

Approval Notification: You will receive an automated email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Return Label Reimbursement: If your return is eligible and approved, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the return shipping label, in addition to receiving your applicable merchandise refund.
